Modern Retreat Signature Property Packages combine multiple coordinated building packages into complete quote-based project collections for retreat, guest, workshop, hospitality, homestead, and estate properties.

Choose from six active package concepts designed to provide separate living, work, wellness, garage, and storage spaces within one coordinated property plan. Each package is reviewed and priced through a written Modern Retreat Buildings project quote rather than direct online checkout.

Freight Confirmed in Your Written Quote Freight is excluded unless the final written Modern Retreat Buildings quote expressly includes a specific freight amount or scope. Unloading, accessorials, remote or limited-access delivery, special handling, additional container capacity, and other project-specific delivery requirements remain excluded unless expressly included in writing.

For applicable Signature building packages, standard order terms provide for 50% payment when the order is placed and the remaining 50% when the building package ships. Current planning guidance is approximately 3–4 months total for production and freight. Actual timing varies by selected structures, customization, production capacity, holiday schedules, destination, carrier conditions, and logistics, and is confirmed in the written project documents.

The current written manufacturer warranty for applicable Signature Home components runs for five years from the product ship date. It covers missing hardware, through-splitting of wall logs, and defective components produced incorrectly for the building. It excludes inherent wood characteristics and specified conditions including faulty installation and inadequate foundations, and the certificate states that coverage is for the cost of replacement parts only. Stamped structural engineering is included where specified for applicable structures. Additional project-specific construction drawings may be available through an independent drawing provider for items such as insulation and R-values, vapor barriers, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation type, window details, energy requirements, and seismic criteria. These services are included only when expressly stated in the final written quote.

Experienced building-package assembly resources may be available for eligible U.S. projects once an order is pending. Availability is project-specific. These resources are not represented as licensed general contractors in every state, and locally licensed contractors or trades may still be required.

Any residential building component included in a Signature Property Package is supplied as a building-package or shell-package product for on-site construction unless the final written quote expressly states otherwise. Signature Property Packages are not represented as collections of completed HUD-code manufactured homes or modular homes.

Package scope and pricing are confirmed in a written project quote; the building packages do not represent completed turnkey property costs. Freight, unloading, accessorials, remote or limited-access delivery, special handling, additional container capacity, site preparation, foundations, permits, assembly, installation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, utility connections, taxes, local professional services, and other project-specific work are excluded unless specifically included in the final written quote.
