Frontier is an approximately 1,880 sq. ft. total-footprint pre-cut/interlocking home building package with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, vaulted cathedral ceilings, and an integrated single-car garage. It is intended for substantial on-site assembly at the customer’s project location.

Classification: Frontier is supplied as a pre-cut/interlocking home building package. It is not sold as a completed HUD-code manufactured home, modular home, or turnkey completed residence.

Freight Confirmed in Your Written Quote Freight scope is confirmed in the final written Modern Retreat Buildings quote, including any specific freight amount or included delivery scope. Unloading, accessorials, limited-access delivery, special handling, additional container capacity, and other project-specific delivery requirements remain excluded unless expressly included in writing.

What’s not included: Unless expressly included in the final written Modern Retreat Buildings quote, the standard package scope excludes unloading, garage overhead door, locally supplied fire-rated garage-to-house door, site preparation, foundation construction, assembly and installation labor, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, permits, inspections, appliances, finish materials, taxes, local professional services, and other project-specific work.

Engineering and permit-document support: Stamped structural engineering is included where specified for the applicable building package. Additional project-specific construction drawings may be available through an independent drawing provider to address items such as insulation and R-values, vapor barriers, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation type, window details, energy requirements, and seismic criteria. These services are separate from the building package unless expressly included in the final written Modern Retreat Buildings quote, and local authorities may require additional site, civil, utility, drainage, or other documentation.

Order terms & current timing: For applicable Signature building packages, 50% is due when the order is placed and the remaining 50% is due when the building package ships. Current planning guidance is approximately 3–4 months total for production and freight. Actual timing varies by selected package, customization, production capacity, holiday schedules, destination, and logistics. The project-specific schedule is confirmed in the written quote and order documents before finalization.

Warranty: The current written manufacturer warranty runs for five years from the product ship date. It covers missing hardware, through-splitting of wall logs, and defective components produced incorrectly for the building. It excludes inherent wood characteristics and specified conditions including faulty installation and inadequate foundations. Assembly support: Experienced building-package assembly resources may be available for eligible U.S. projects when an order is pending. Availability is project-specific. Assembly crews are not represented as licensed general contractors in every state; customers may still need a locally licensed general contractor or licensed trades to oversee or sign off on work as required by state and local law.
