Modern Retreat Hybrid Collection
The Modern Retreat Hybrid Collection coordinates two complementary building systems: an MRB timber residence and a purpose-built steel building configured around the property and intended use.
Residential platforms: Hybrid Ranch is the current single-story MRB timber residence; Hybrid Ranch II is the current larger two-story platform. Both have supplier-priced timber-residence packages.
Steel configuration paths: garage, workshop, RV garage, barn/equestrian, aircraft hangar, and other compatible project-specific steel applications.
Scope control: the timber residence and steel building remain separately engineered and quoted unless final written project documents expressly combine a component. Site work, foundations, erection/installation, permits, utilities, MEP systems, finishes, and any breezeway or connector are separate unless expressly included.
