Current timing & freight guidance: Typical building-package lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks, subject to final project scope, engineering, production scheduling, and requested delivery timing. Freight for the quoted building package is included in the written project quote. Customer unloading, changed delivery locations, restricted or limited-access conditions, special handling, and other site-specific accessorials are confirmed separately and may affect final project cost.

Site preparation, foundations, erection or installation, permitting, utilities, electrical, plumbing, and other on-site construction services are not included unless specifically identified in the final written quote. When outside construction services are needed, customers may contract directly with appropriately licensed independent contractors.
