Native Housing Partnership Program

Native Housing Partnership Program

Scalable building solutions for multi-unit and community housing.

Modern Retreat Buildings works with Tribal housing organizations, development teams, contractors, and community partners to evaluate repeatable residential building systems for multi-unit and phased housing projects.

Our goal is to help project teams evaluate a practical building-system approach with coordinated specifications, project-specific pricing, delivery planning, and project support from early evaluation through procurement and implementation.

Built for Multi-Unit Planning

Qualified projects may receive project-specific pricing based on unit quantity, design standardization, logistics, delivery schedule, and total project scope.

  • Multi-unit project pricing
  • Repeatable home designs and standardized specifications
  • Phased production and delivery planning
  • Engineering and document coordination
  • Project-specific upgrade packages
  • Logistics and shipment coordination
  • Coordination with local, Tribal, and project-selected contractors
  • Support for larger or multi-phase developments

A Collaborative Approach

Every Tribal community and housing program has its own priorities, procurement requirements, site conditions, funding structure, and construction partners. MRB begins by understanding those requirements before recommending a building approach.

Where a project uses locally selected, tribally preferred, Native-owned, or other qualified contractors, MRB can coordinate the building-system scope with the project team rather than requiring a one-size-fits-all construction model.

Project-Specific Pricing

We do not use a blanket volume-discount formula. Multi-unit developments are evaluated individually to identify potential efficiencies from repeatable designs, coordinated procurement, production batching, logistics, and phased delivery.

Qualified developments may receive a customized project-pricing package for procurement review.

  • Tribally Designated Housing Entities and Housing Authorities
  • Native community development organizations
  • Prime contractors and Native-owned construction firms

Project Note

Project availability, pricing, engineering, logistics, code requirements, procurement requirements, and delivery schedules are project-specific and subject to final written review and agreement. Modern Retreat Buildings does not represent that a project qualifies for any particular grant or funding program.
