Project Planning
For the most accurate quote, provide as much of the following as you know:
- Intended use
- Desired width, length, and height
- Door, window, and opening schedule
- Roof and wall preferences
- Finish level and insulation goals
- Project ZIP code and delivery access
- Reference drawings or concepts, if available
- Current site status and target timeline
Current timing & freight guidance: Typical building-package lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks, subject to final project scope, engineering, production scheduling, and requested delivery timing. Freight for the quoted building package is included in the written project quote. Customer unloading, changed delivery locations, restricted or limited-access conditions, special handling, and other site-specific accessorials are confirmed separately and may affect final project cost.
Engineering & Project Scope
Availability of stamped plans and project-specific engineering is confirmed during project review. Final engineering requirements depend on the project, site, building configuration, and applicable jurisdiction.
Site preparation, foundations, erection or installation, permitting, utilities, electrical, plumbing, interior buildout, and other on-site construction services are not included unless specifically identified in the final written quote. When outside construction services are needed, customers may contract directly with appropriately licensed independent contractors.
